Habilitation Thesis

At the Faculty of Law of the Police Academy Alexandru Ioan Cuza, he progressed through all stages of higher education, becoming a PhD advisor with the HABILITATION Thesis titled: CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE IN THE FIELD OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. PIRACY AND COUNTERFEITING AT NATIONAL, EUROPEAN, AND GLOBAL LEVELS.
